Embossed Digital Printing Membrane Switches For Tactile Feedback And Durability

The membrane switch has digital printing or name four-color or gradient color printing overlay. The article of us can be customized to select the color of LED or not, others is similar like other membrane switch ,such like silicone or metal dome as well as lasers on the buttons. Besides, it is optional for customer to choose the effect of spraying and epoxy with good tactile and optionality. The switch can performance well in high temperature environment, and can be low resistance and function well. The product is mainly use as function keypad for data acquisition machine. Selecting Autotype F150 matte PET to screen print the overlay appears elegant and colorful. The circuits are made of ED-820B silver paste, so that it can be low resistance and function well. The rear adhesive is 468 or others ,all material is custom design based on client request.
